Our story
A house that keeps
its own pace
Casa Arvita was built as one house rather than a set of rooms, and it is let that way — the whole villa goes to one group at a time.
The pool runs the length of the terrace with a stone waterfall at one end, and the paving is laid in a grass grid that stays cool underfoot. Behind the house there is a lawn with a fountain pond, and the hills rise directly beyond the wall.
Inside, the rooms open onto a covered courtyard lit from a skylight, with a swing set over a shallow water channel and planting along the arched niches. It is the part of the house people end up sitting in after dark.
